Chef Troy is currently based in Long Island, New York, and offers catering throughout New York City and the Tri-State area.

Select events, retreats, and workshops may also be accommodated nationally or internationally upon request.

SUPPER CLUB

A Six-Course Ital Tasting Experience

Chef Troy’s Supper Club is an intimate, seasonal dining experience built around a six-course Ital-inspired tasting menu - thoughtfully designed to be shared.

Rooted in Ital traditions of natural, clean food, each dish balances comfort and health. Chef Troy’s unique approach of blending his cultural roots with international flavors creates an original experience of color and taste. Carefully selected, organic wines are available to complement the journey.
