      •    Chef Troy's Table doing business as Taste of Ital is not responsible for orders left unattended after successful delivery or pickup.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

      •     Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of being placed.

      •     Because our food is made fresh, all sales are generally final once preparation begins.

      •     Refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases of incorrect, missing, or damaged items. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

5. Food Safety & Allergies

      •     Our food is prepared with fresh, natural ingredients. However, cross-contact with allergens may occur.

      •     Customers are responsible for notifying us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing an order.

      •     Chef Troy’s Table doing business as Taste of Ital is not responsible for adverse reactions due to undisclosed allergies, sensitivities, or dietary needs.
